Your preferred date is subject to confirmation. If installation breaks ground, utility-locate timing may apply. Ontario One Call advises requesting a locate at least five business days before digging. Read the guidance.

Will I be charged again after 90 days?

No. The initial package does not renew automatically. If your home is still for sale, you can choose a 30-day extension.

What happens when my home sells?

Let us know and we’ll coordinate sign removal and, if included, lockbox pickup. These visits are included in your package.

Does HomeFree manage lockbox access?

No. The homeowner controls the code and approves each entry. A lockbox makes key access more convenient, but it does not remove the risks of allowing someone into the property.
